Do you provide replacements for lost or damaged packages?

How is your product stored?
To maintain peak potency, we store our products in refrigerated units up until the moment they’re boxed up and shipped to you.
Do I need to be concerned about transit temperature?
While in transit to your location, your product may undergo fluctuations in temperature. This is perfectly normal! Third-party stability testing confirms that resB™ can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 months without loss of potency. Like most perishable products, it is best to keep your product refrigerated after opening. Keep in mind, that if you accidentally leave resB™ out on the counter or are taking it on a long flight, rest assured that resB™ will maintain its high potency and stability.

Why am I being charged sales tax?
ResBiotic Inc prides itself in following all tax laws. Certain municipalities require sales tax to be charged to customers.
