We stand behind our supplements and proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your first purchase for any reason, you may request a refund after 30 days from delivery. To request a refund, please email support@resbiotic.com
We will process your refund using your original payment method. Depending on your account provider, processing your refund can take 7-10 business days. You will be required to ship back your order in resellable condition (undamaged, unopened, all packaging intact), at your own cost. Once we receive the order and confirm its condition, we'll process a refund less the $6 USD restocking fee as per the Terms of Service.
If your supplement arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@resbiotic.com. Some factors, like shipping and handling, are outside our control, and issues like this can happen. Please include a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address.
All wholesale and bulk orders are final and nonrefundable unless otherwise specified by the seller. For any questions regarding wholesale or bulk orders, please contact wholesale@resbiotic.com.
